Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Airfetch platform, operated by Joseph Ashwin. By using Airfetch you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What Airfetch is

Airfetch is a marketplace that connects buyers in India with independent travelers who choose to carry Apple products from abroad. Airfetch is not a seller, importer, or shipping/logistics provider, and is not a party to the transaction for the product itself. The buyer and traveler agree on the item and settle the product cost and traveler fee directly between themselves, in person at handover.

Eligibility & accounts

  • You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your account and flight information and for activity under your account.

Platform fee & payments

  • Airfetch charges a platform fee to unlock chat for an order, processed via Razorpay. The current fee is shown at checkout.
  • The platform fee is a one-time, lifetime charge per buyer and is non-refundable once the chat has been unlocked. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • The product cost and traveler fee are paid buyer-to-traveler directly and are not handled or guaranteed by Airfetch.

Customs, duties & legal compliance

Travelers are solely responsible for complying with all customs, duty, and import regulations in every applicable jurisdiction, and for any duties or taxes owed. Buyers and travelers are responsible for ensuring their arrangement is lawful. Airfetch does not provide legal, tax, or customs advice and is not responsible for items seized, delayed, or taxed.

Prohibited conduct

  • No fraudulent, illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited goods.
  • No circumventing the platform to evade fees where a fee applies, harassment, or misuse of another user's data.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Airfetch is not liable for the conduct of any user, the condition/authenticity of any product, or any indirect or consequential damages. Transactions between buyers and travelers are at their own risk.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform.
