This Privacy Policy explains how Joseph Ashwin("Airfetch", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Airfetch platform, which connects buyers in India with travelers who carry Apple products from abroad.

Information we collect

Account & profile: name, email, and profile photo from Google sign-in; optional phone number and social profile link you add.
Marketplace activity: product requests, offers, flights you register (including the departure/arrival details and the boarding-pass/ticket image you upload), chat messages, and order history.
Payment data: platform-fee payments are processed by Razorpay. We store a payment reference and status; we do not store your card or bank details.
Technical data: log and device information, and a last-active timestamp used to decide whether to email you about new messages.

How we use your information

To operate the marketplace — match buyers and travelers, enable chat, and process the platform fee.
To verify flights and prevent misuse.
To send transactional and notification emails (you can opt out any time — see "Your choices").
To secure the service, comply with law, and resolve disputes.

Third-party services

We share data with providers only as needed to run the service:

Google — authentication (sign-in).
Razorpay — payment processing.
Cloudinary — image hosting (ticket / invoice uploads).
Pusher — real-time chat and notifications.
Resend — transactional email delivery.
Vercel (hosting) and Neon (database) — application hosting and data storage.

We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion at support@airfetch.store.

Your choices & rights

Email: turn off notification emails on your Profile page or via the unsubscribe link in any email.
Access/deletion: contact us to access, correct, or delete your data, subject to applicable law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).
