Shipping & Delivery Policy

How delivery works

Airfetch is not a courier or postal service and does not ship products. Instead, a verified traveler carries the product and hands it to the buyer in personin the buyer's city. There are no shipping charges from Airfetch.

Delivery timeline

The delivery date depends on the matched traveler's flight, which the buyer sees and agrees to before choosing that traveler. Buyers and travelers coordinate the exact meeting time and place through the in-app chat after the order is unlocked.

Confirming delivery

At the in-person meeting, the buyer verifies the product and completes the handover using a one-time code (OTP) shared by the traveler. This confirms the delivery is complete.
